Genes in italics are known oncogenes (based on Cancer Gene Census [38]), *Genes that show a strong (r>0.6) positive correlation of copy number with expression, †Not on expression microarray. Note that some regions encompass multiple smaller amplicons, only genes within regions (+/−10 kb) defined by >5 samples are shown.
