NeuroPAL Microfluidic Chip Images, GCaMP, and dNMF Neuronal Activity

Microfluidic chip experiments for the NeuroPAL publications "NeuroPAL: A Multicolor Atlas for Whole-Brain Neuronal Identification in C. elegans" and "Extracting neural signals from semi-immobilized animals with deformable non-negative matrix factorization" (dNMF). This dataset contains image volumes, GCaMP recordings, and neuronal activity. Please see the included README for more information.
