Data for: Clarifying the phylogenetic relationships and taxonomy of Stenonema, Stenacron and Maccaffertium, three common eastern North American mayfly genera

This data set includes data and configuration files that were used in Garli, MrBayes and ASTRAL-III to estimate phylogenetic trees and species trees, tree topologies resulting from those analyses and supplementary information about the phylogenetic analyses (e.g., substitution models used).
