RNA-Sequencing to determine transcriptome changes in 22Rv1 cells after knockdown of PSPC1 and SFPQ Overall design: sgControl or sgNONO 22Rv1 cells were treated in biological triplicate with sgCtrl ,sgPSPC1, or sgNONO for 72 hours prior to RNA-sequencing. 22Rv1 cells that were overexpressing NONO C145S, Empty vector, or Wild type NONO treated with DMSO (0.04%) or SKBG-1 (R) or SKBG-1 (S) (20µM for 4 hours prior to RNA-sequencing.
