资源简介：
A person is defined as a care leaver from age 16 years and effectively remains a care leaver forever but for the purposes of this data it includes those up to 25 years of age. A young person who was a Child in Care for a total of 91 days or more in the period beginning after the child’s 14th birthday and ending after their 16th birthday.Care leavers have been attributed to a ward based on their home postcode. Those wards with five or less cases have been suppressed to protect identity.
