Investigation of the RNMT/RAM RNA interactome in mouse embryonic stem cells [Brain_seCLIP]

Pilot investigation to determine the endogenouse RNA-binding targets of the cap methlytransferase complex RNMT/RAM in mouse ES cells RNMT seCLIP (a single-end adaptation of the eCLIP method) was perfomed in undifferentiated mouse ES cells following the protocol from Van Nostrand et al (2017). After lysis, RNA was digested with an optimised concentration of RnaseI and immunprecipitation carried out using either an antibody for RNMT or an isotype control. A size-matched input control was prepared from each sample.
