Whole genome sequencing of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. mori isolates from Fusarium wilt of blackberry in Arkansas

The goal of this project is to sequence and analyze the genomes of an emerging fungal pathogen of blackberry. These strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. mori were isolated from commercial blackberry plants with symptoms of Fusarium wilt in Arkansas.
