Gallus gallus breed:domesticus Transcriptome or Gene expression

The project aims to compare the transcriptomic profile of Newcastle disease virus-infected chicken and healthy chicken by using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) transcriptome sequencing. The permissions from IAEC (GADVASU/2018/IAEC/47/09; Memo No. IAEC/2018/1216-1250 dated 31.11.2018) and IBSC have been obtained (GADVASU/IBSC/2020/15; Proposal No. IBSC/20/14 dated 14.01.2020). New virus samples were collected from Derabassi, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Punjab). The standardization of virus titre is being finalized by using the Haemagglutination assay (HA) test.
