raw LC-MS/MS data (Bruker Daltonics - timsTOF Pro and tims TOF SCP) and ESI-MS data (Bruker Daltonics - 15T ESI/MALDI FT-ICR MS) and related MASCOT generic files (.mgf) and search results (.csv) plus corresponding custom databases (*.fasta). Protein identifications were performed using MASCOT or PEAKS programs. Data were used to: extract cleavage preferences of Clarity Ferm AnPEP, ProAlanase or Neprosin.
