Human geochemical patters and their released PM and induced aerosols greatly changed airborne bacterial communities

Research Data include sampling site information and meteorological parameters, sample collection and analytical methods of PM properties, 16S rRNA gene amplification, sequencing processing, analysis of heavy metals, water-soluble ions and PAHs, variable importance in the projection of OPLS-DA modeling, effects of reactive species, equations of specific surface area calculation, and the equations of bacterial index with specific surface areas.
