Data are means and standard deviation (SD) for continuous variables or % usage for categorical variables. Populations are displayed by gender for all anthropometric, lipid and glucose variables investigated. The percent usage of tobacco, alcohol, hormone, hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol medication is also listed.
