Arthropod assemblages in giant armadillo burrows (Pantanal, Brazil): dataset and analysis script

This Zenodo repository contains the complete dataset and fully annotated R script supporting a study investigating how giant armadillo (Priodontes maximus) burrows influence arthropod community structure in the Pantanal, Brazil. The deposit includes: • Raw abundance data (excluding ants and termites) • Complete presence–absence dataset (including ants and termites) • Morphotype-to-order mapping table • Reproducible R script used for all statistical analyses and figure generation presented in the associated manuscript The R script reproduces all diversity metrics, beta diversity analyses, indicator species analyses, and graphical outputs described in the associated manuscript.
