Transcriptome sequencing in CHMp canine mammary tumor cells following overexpression of lncRNA LOC610012

We transfected the lncRNA LOC610012 overexpression plasmid and its corresponding empty vector plasmid into CHMp canine mammary tumor cells. Subsequently, three biological replicates per group (CHMp-NC and CHMp-LOC610012) were sent to Novogene for transcriptome sequencing.
