Perturbed mouse Epiblast Stem Cells (EpiSC)

EpiSC were perturbed for 36h with 33 distinct small molecule compounds, and for 24h with 7 different differentiation morphogens or control culture conditions Two different strains of mouse EpiSC were perturbed for 36h with 33 distinct small molecule compounds, and for 24h with 7 different differentiation morphogens or control culture conditions. Total Rna was biotinilated and hibridized to mouseWG-6 v2 BeadArrays (Illumina). Slides are scanned using an iScan (Illumina, SY-101-1001). Data were pre-processed by variance stabilization and robust spline normalization implemented in the lumi package for the R-System (PMID: 18467348).
