Abstract This record provides the complete, machine‑verifiable reproducibility archive for Paper 1: The Hubble Resolution Analysis (v2.1.3‑r4f‑final3). It contains the full scientific codebase, datasets, validation scripts, and independent verifier required to reproduce all numerical results, correlation analyses, and statistical evaluations presented in the paper. The archive has been independently audited, with all categories passing and all outputs reproduced bit‑for‑bit. During the construction of this reproducibility package, a generalised, domain‑agnostic evidence architecture emerged. The deterministic pipelines, provenance rules, validation layers, and audit mechanisms originally developed to support this cosmology analysis later became formalised as the Precision Cascade Engine — a unified framework for constructing reproducible, audit‑grade evidence systems across scientific, technical, and operational domains.
