LAN Pair Twisting Benchmark v1: Triple vs Double Twist Comparison

This benchmark compares double-twist and triple-twist LAN pair machines under matched lay/back-twist conditions. Results show that triple twist achieves +20% throughput, +3 dB NEXT margin, and 30% lower scrap compared to double twist.
