In vitro RNA-seq of epigenomic controller treatment in primary hepatocytes and Hep3B cells

The c-MYC (MYC) oncogene is a pleiotropic transcription factor with a central role in regulating tumor cells and the tumor micro-environment. Previous efforts to down-regulate MYC with targeted inhibitors have failed and it remains a highly attractive but currently undruggable target for a wide range of cancers. OTX-2002 is a programmable epigenetic mRNA medicine designed to controllably tune MYC gene expression pre-transcriptionally with high specificity and durability. In this data release, we provide mRNA sequencing data of in vitro treatment of epigenomic controllers and a PBS control in primary human hepatocytes and Hep3B cells
