This dataset contains the processed single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping data used for parentage testing in Chengdu Grey Goats and Yunshang Black Goats. The data was generated using the Agena MassARRAY system. The repository includes: 1.Zenodo_Genotype_Matrix.csv: The wide-format genotype matrix (96 samples and 123 SNPs). 2. Zenodo_SNP_Map.csv: The physical position map of the analyzed SNPs.
