This model collects original hindlimb musculoskeletal morphology and muscle physiology data in a dynamic biomechanical model. Currently includes 38 muscles actuating the hip, knee and ankle in three dimensions. Implemented in OpenSim with the Simbody dynamics engine. <br/><br/>This project includes the following software/data packages: <br/> <ul> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=349#pack_552">Rat Hindlimb Model </a> : A rat hindlimb musculoskeletal model including geometry and muscle physiology. Has been partially validated experimentally and includes only estimated segment masses and inertias. Works with OpenSim v.1.8 </li> </ul>
本模型在动态生物力学模型中收集了原始后肢肌肉骨骼形态和肌肉生理学数据。目前包含38块作用于髋关节、膝关节和踝关节的三维肌肉。采用OpenSim软件与Simbody动力学引擎实现。本项目包括以下软件/数据包：
