This database provides a general overview of the distribution of provincial administrative divisions in Sri Lanka at a scale of 1:250,000. The data attribute table of this dataset contains only one field: NL_NAME_2, which refers to the name of the provincial administrative division. The dataset is developed to provide basic data for relevant personnel to conduct spatial analysis of Sri Lanka's basic conditions, delimit regional scopes, and carry out planning work.
