Mock communities comprising 10~14 invertebrate species from Insecta, Mollusca and Crustacea. Raw sequence reads

The samples were collected to represent a typical freshwater biomonitoring sample collected for environmental assessment purposes, including various taxonomic orders, while accounting for availability of large numbers of individuals per target species. And the study using these communities provide a direct comparison between metabarcoding and mito-metagenomics and investigate the ability of each method to depict the richness and biomass presence of macroinvertebrate species in bulk extracted samples.
