The manual describes departmental procedures in force when the Automatic Data Processing Section was established and the changes in record-keeping practices associated with the introduction of the A.D.P. System. The volume contains an index and a statement of contents. Although the manual was intended to have thirteen (13) parts, only Parts 6 and 7 were in fact completed. Inserted in this copy of the manual is a memorandum from the Valuer General, dated 5 October 1966, relating to a preliminary draft of the initial chapters of the A.D.P. segment of the manual.
