Bulk RNA Sequencing of Col1a1GFP+ cells from the spinal cords of healthy Col1a1GFP mice and mice 5 or 10 days after EAE symptom onset compared to bulk RNA sequencing of whole spinal cord homogenate Spinal cords from Col1a1GFP+ mice in health, 5 days after symptom onset and 10 days after symptom onset were dissociated into a single cell suspension and GFP+ cells were enriched using FACS sorting, sequenced and compared to the transcriptome of whole spinal cord homogenate. Gene expression profiles of 3 biological replicates each consisting of 2-3 spinal cords were sequenced per condition except for the whole spinal cord homogenate samples, each of which consisted of 1 full spinal cord.
