Additional results from isochronal measurements of dielectric permittivity obtained on heating (Fig. S1), DSC results (Fig. S2, Fig. S3), analysis of dielectric spectroscopy curves (Fig. S4), comparison of the relaxation times of the different processes in 1-propanol/water mixtures confined within AAO templates with confined water within the same templates (Fig. S5), and the dependence of the dielectric strength of the Debye process on composition for bulk and confined solution (Fig. S6).
