Transcriptome analysis for Yomogi-ha-shiroketama-fushi formation in Artemisia indica

Purpose is to understand the molecular mechanism of Yomogi-ha-shiroketama-fushi development. RNA from Yomogi-ha-shiroketama-fushi induced by Rhopalomyia cinerarius on Artemisia indica leaves was extracted and sequenced. RNA from leaves was used as reference (control).
