Exit Poll at the European Parliamentary Election, 1999

The main purpose of this exit poll was to make a prognosis for how the voters in Funen voted. The prognosis was to include the election result in Funen as well as in the country as a whole. In addition, Fyens Stiftstidende (a Danish newspaper) was interested in that the interviewers were present at a polling station in each constituency in Funen. # Funen has 9 constituencies at European Parliamentary Elections. In each constituency a polling station was selected. The selected polling station was the one which had the smallest sum of the square deviation in relation to the result in Funen at the European Parliamentary Elections in 1994
