SNORA28 is highly expressed in CRC and associated with poor prognosis of patients. HCT116 cells were transfected with lentivirus overexpressing SNROA28 and then performed RNA-seq analysis to provide a molecular basis for further exploring the SNORA28 function in CRC. To explore the molecular basis of SNORA28 function in CRC, we established HCT116 cell lines in which SNORA28 has been ovexpressed by lentivirus.
