Raw data of sperm quality and NMR-detected levels of metabolites in turkey sperm cryopreservation at two different ages

Here we report raw data consisting of sperm quality parameters (sperm motility, viability and osmotic tolerance) and NMR-detected levels of metabolites (water and lipid-soluble constituents) measured in both fresh and cryopreserved turkey sperm collected at 44 and 56 weeks of male age.
