Architecture-Encoded Mechanics and Communication in Microtubules: A Multiscale Computational Study

This repository contains the original data necessary to replicate the findings of the paper "Architecture-Encoded Mechanics and Communication in Microtubules: A Multiscale Computational Study". The following files are provided: system topologies, starting structures and parameter files for the MD simulations (file 01-MDSimulations.zip) starting files and templates to reconstruct the MT rings for the ENM-NMA analysis (file 02-ENM.zip)
