The data set contains pebble count data for transects located directly downstream of the Hoquiam Dam. The dataset was used to inform hydraulic design (channel restoration, erosion rates, and other key parameters).
Additionally, the data set includes sediment coring and grain size analyses for transects upstream of the dam to verify estimates of sediment thickness
and characterize the grain-size of sediment impounded by the Dam.
