comparison of commercially available scRNA-Seq instrumentation using a well-defined cell line and treatment for evaluation The SUM149PT cell line was developed from Invasive Ductal Carcinoma from a patient with ER negative, PR negative and Her2 positive (not activated) inflammatory breast cancer. The cell line is immortal and expresses luminal cytokeratins 8, 18, and 19, which is consistent with their origin from luminal breast epithelial cells.
