每个样本/行包含DNA序列（输入）和RNA-seq覆盖值（输出），这些数据来自NCBI的实验。所有DNA序列都是酵母基因组的一部分。每个样本包含两个序列：1. loss_sequence，直接对应于覆盖值；2. sample_sequence，是loss_sequence在酵母基因组中周围1000个碱基对的填充。覆盖值与loss_sequence的长度相同，并与之对应。酵母菌株背景为BY4741，并且存在额外的基因修饰（目前未反映在DNA序列中）。
Each sample/row consists of DNA sequences (input) and track values (output) which are RNA-seq coverage values from the mentioned NCBI experiment. All DNA sequences are part of the yeast genome. Theres two sequences per sample: 1. the loss_sequence which directly corresponds to the track values; 2. the sample_sequence which is the loss sequence padded by 1000 base pairs (bp) surrounding the loss sequence in the yeast genome. The track values are as long as the loss sequence and correspond to it. Yeast Strain Background: BY4741. Additional Modifications to strain (currently not reflected in DNA sequence): UBR1 -469A>T 1.
