Oscillating and stable promoter-enhancer loops underlie core- and clock-controlled gene expression rhythms in mouse liver

The circadian clock dynamically rewires promoter-enhancer loops in tissues to drive robust daily rhythms in gene transcription and locomoter activity. Overall design: Total RNA and crosslinked genomic DNA extracted from mouse tissues during the dirunal cycle. Mouse genotype conditions include WT, Bmal1 KO, and Cry1Intron KO.
