In this study, the effects of environment containing large herbivores on intestinal flora diversity of mice of different ages were studied. The results showed that weaning mice of 6days-treatment which the intestinal microflora diversity was significantly increased. There was not significantly changed of 12 days- treatment compared with 6days-treatment. And thegut microbiota diversity of weaning mice was increased at the 30 days compared with the control group, but there was no significant change in adult mice.
