Clinical manifestations of hyperleukocytosis/leukostasis in all patients, patients with therapeutic leukapheresis plus chemotherapy and patients with chemotherapy only.

Patients receiving leukapheresis and chemotherapy showed significantly more clinical symptoms of leucostasis and a deregulated coagulation compared to the patients receiving chemotherapy only.
