Code for Generating Results and Figures from The Mass-Metallicity Relation and its Observational Effects at z~3-6. fit_bl_prism.py uses eline_model.py to fit Gaussian profiles to RUBIES spectral emission lines, which line_analysis.py compiles and places into dataframes. metallicity_mcmc.py computes the gas-phase metallicities using these measured emission lines. prospector_generation.py creates a matrix of prospector models with variable mass, metallicity, redshift, and star formation rate to use for forward modeling. selection_function.py parameterizes models the RUBIES selection function and emission line measurability, then forward models the MZR. plotting.py creates figures not created in other scripts.
