These papers set out the guidelines within which regulations could be made under the Public Instruction Act of 1880, and include correspondence relating to District Councils of Parents and Citizens Associations. The Advisory Council on Education, Evening Continuation Schools, Subsidised schools, and Special Religious Instruction, and a draft for a Codification of all regulations, dated 19 November 1936.
