Sunflower bacterial endophytes

This study was designed to assess bacteria community structure in sunflower. The samples will be collected from sunflower organs (root and stem), surface sterilized and perform DNA extraction for 16S amplicon sequencing. Sequence data analysis will be performed using bioinformatics online software. This study is expected to reveal bacterial associated with sunflower and their functional attributes.
