Time-course ChIP-seq analysis of SP1-ERT2 that permits the measurement of SP1 binding dynamics at target sites on a genome-wide scale in human cells. Examination of genome-wide SP1-ERT2-3HA distribution at various time after tamoxifen induction in K562 cells. Spike-in control (yeast chromatin prepared from the strain expressing 3HA-TBP) was added to the sheared human chromatin lysate. We performed ChIP-seq of SP1-ERT2-3HA using single end sequencing. Reads were mapped to the custom genome containing human genome (hg38) and yeast genome (sacCer3).
