Blinded evaluation of the questions asked via live chat and answered by reference assistants at the MCPHS University libraries. The evaluation was conducted based on a variety of criteria. This data set presents the statistical data on the number of questions, types of patrons, question complexity, answer correctness, etc. for the 2017 and 2018 reference transactions.
