CornLeafDiseaseCollection

The CornLeafDiseaseCollection dataset contains 1,079 images of corn leaves collected from three experimental plantations located in three cantons of Manabí, Ecuador. Specifically the dataset includes images of four foliar diseases. The dataset also contains images of healthy leaves. All images were taken under controlled conditions. The photographs were taken with the same smartphone, using an specific distance, between the mobile and the corn leaf (15-20 cm between the corn leaf and the smartphone). In addition, the geographic and UTM coordinates, the corn variety and the corresponding plantation were registered. The dataset is organized into five subdirectories, each corresponding to a specific category disease: - asphalt_stain (Phyllachora maydis) - bipolaris (Bipolaris maydis) - common rust (Southern rust) - healthy - stenocarpella (Diplodia leaf streak)
