This project generated plastid data of 51 species. Complete plastomes generated for 43 species: 40 species of Myrtales and three species that were used as outgroups (Portulacaceae, Hydroleaceae, and Kirkiaceae). The project also generated four draft plastomes of species of Vochysia and plastid protein-coding genes for the other 4 species of rosids.
