Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular parasite capable of modulating host immune responses to promote its survival and virulence. In this study, we investigated the impact of a gene deletion mutant (CLPTM1-KO) on host transcriptomic responses. Mouse macrophage-like RAW264.7 cells were infected with either the wild-type ME49 strain or the CLPTM1-KO mutant for 24 hours, followed by total RNA extraction and RNA sequencing.
