Phylogenomic analysis of the Drosophila saltans species group

The Drosophila saltans species group is a Neotropical clade of 23 species whose phylogenetic relationships have long been problematic. We sequenced and assembled nuclear and mitochondrial genomes of 15 Drosophila saltans species and conducted phylogenomic analysis to quantify the extent of phylogenetic conflicts across the genomes of these species.
