CYTOKIN PROFILE OF SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATORY REACTION AFTER AORTOCORONARY SHUNTING
收藏资源简介:
Purpose of the study. Study and assessment of changes in the cytokine profile in the context of a systemic inflammatory reaction observed in the postoperative period after coronary artery bypass grafting. Materials and methods. In 2022-2024, 134 patients with ischemic heart disease aged 39-78 years underwent a comprehensive examination in the Department of Cardiac Surgery of the Bukhara Regional Multidisciplinary Clinical Center; 20 healthy individuals were involved as a comparison group for immunobiochemical analysis. In blood serum, inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, IL-17A, TNF-α, INFγ), immunoglobulins, lymphocyte subpopulations (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD20+, CD25+, CD95+), as well as antioxidant markers (SOD, Klotho protein) were assessed. Cytokine/immunoglobulin/SOD/Klotho indicators were determined by the three-phase "sandwich" ELISA method (Vector-Best, ElisaKid test kits); the results were processed with variation statistics, correlation and regression analysis.
