This study was initiated to find out the abundance of different bacterial communities present in the root endospheres of cultivated rice of Indian Sundarbans. It was done through isolation of root endospheric DNA and amplicon database generation through 16S rRNA Sequencing using Illumina MiSeq platform of next generation sequencing. Comparison of this root endospheric microbiome information with that of PGPR consortia added cultivated rice rhizospheric soil microbiome from Indian Sundarbans might result into identification of some particular bacterial community abundances which could indicate the rhizosphere PGPR bacterial enrichment also influences the root endospheric microbiome.
