Data and R script for: annual variation and long-term change in pre-breeding migratory timing of songbirds captured in northeastern Pennsylvania, USA

One dataset and one file containing R code used to look for associations between annual variation in passage timing by migration distance category (long vs short distance), age, and sex. The file called spring_timing.csv contains 21 years of pre-breeding migration, first capture only data spanning a 22 year period (2006 - 2014) for 18 avian species, along with sex, age, and migration distance category (long or short). The file called R_code_for_share.pdf contains R script used to perform all analyses.
