Functional analysis of PIF4 and PIF5 in response to heat stress in Arabidopsis. Overall design: We analyzed the transcriptomic profile of Col-0 and pif4-2 pif5-3 double mutant using 3-week-old plants. Two biological replicates were performed with the materials were treated at 42°C for 5 hours, and after 3 days of recovery growth, the 3rd and 4th rosette leaves which began to turn yellow at the edge were collected.
