采集本企业生产的各型号冲床下工作台尺寸变化分别对应的国标平面度精度要求,通过数据测量、分析、计算得到产品的下工作台实际平面度精度,通过对比比较精度实测值与平面度精度许可值,判断下工作台平面度精度合格与否。为企业在生产过程中掌控冲床设备的关键零部件下工作台的平面度精度质量,提供数据支持根据日本JIS B6402-1997机械压力机精度检查的技术要求,取曲柄冲床的下工作台试样,用卷尺测出下工作台长度80%为(前后F.B)和宽度80%为(左右L.R)为测量基值,单位毫米(mm),并在区域范围内标识出6个测量点;2、测量工具:百分表和平板量具; 3.数据采集:在前后(F.B)方向,以其中1个测量点为基准数值0,记录其余5个测量点的数据读数;同理在(左右L.R)方向,也相同操作测量;4、数据计算:按照下工作台平面度I级精度计算公式0.012+(0.04/1000)*(F.B),分别计算出平面度精度许可值(前后F.B)和平面度精度许可值(左右L.R);5、根据该样品的技术要求,在(前后F.B)方向,取5个测量点的平均值为精度实测值(前后F.B);同理,在(左右L.R)方向,取5个测量点的平均值为精度实测值(左右L.R)
This dataset is established to support enterprises in controlling the flatness accuracy quality of the lower worktable, a key component of press equipment, during production. Specifically, it collects the national standard flatness accuracy requirements corresponding to the dimensions of lower worktables of various press models produced by the enterprise. The actual flatness accuracy of the product's lower worktable is obtained via data measurement, analysis and calculation. Whether the flatness accuracy of the lower worktable is qualified is judged by comparing the measured accuracy value with the allowable flatness accuracy value.
1. Sample preparation and measurement base setup: According to the technical requirements for accuracy inspection of mechanical presses specified in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B6402-1997, samples of the lower worktable of crank presses are collected. A tape measure is used to take 80% of the length (front-rear, abbreviated as F.B.) and 80% of the width (left-right, abbreviated as L.R.) of the lower worktable as the measurement base values, with the unit of millimeter (mm). Six measurement points are identified within the defined regional range.
2. Measurement tools: Dial indicator and surface plate gauge.
3. Data collection: In the front-rear (F.B.) direction, select one measurement point as the reference value 0, and record the data readings of the remaining 5 measurement points. The same measurement operation is performed in the left-right (L.R.) direction.
4. Data calculation: The allowable flatness accuracy values for the front-rear (F.B.) and left-right (L.R.) directions are calculated respectively according to the Class I flatness accuracy formula for lower worktables: 0.012 + (0.04/1000) × (F.B.).
5. Measured accuracy value calculation: According to the technical requirements of the sample, the average value of the 5 measurement points in the front-rear (F.B.) direction is taken as the measured accuracy value for front-rear (F.B.). Similarly, the average value of the 5 measurement points in the left-right (L.R.) direction is taken as the measured accuracy value for left-right (L.R.).
