Annotation file of the <i>Rugalucina vietnamica</i> genome

This is an annotation file of the Rugalucina vietnamica genome. The genome assembly was generated to provide a high-quality reference for whole-genome resequencing analyses aimed at investigating the population genetics of Rugalucina vietnamica from the Qiongzhou Strait, China. The availability of a complete reference genome will facilitate the identification of genetic variation and support studies of population structure and evolutionary history in this region. The specimen used for genome sequencing was collected from Beihai City, Guangxi Province, China.
